Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teams.
• Administer OT treatments including exercises and ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies.
• Document progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Delegate tasks to COTA when applicable and maintain compliance.
• Stay updated on OT techniques and best practices.
