Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy to join outpatient clinics in the San Diego area, including Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - San Ysidro. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous clinical or rehab experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, critical thinking, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop individualized OT plans and collaborate with the care team.
• Administer OT treatments including exercises, manual therapy, ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Reassess progress, modify plans, and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, progress notes, and plans of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Support plan-of-care execution and follow-up as needed.
• Delegate to COTA when appropriate and promote teamwork.
• Contribute to a collaborative service culture and workflow.
• Stay current with OT techniques and best practices.
