Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Indio, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy/Upper Extremity to join a therapist-focused team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement OT programs to improve daily living skills and upper extremity function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan OT programs to improve upper-extremity function.
• Deliver OT treatments including therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and adaptive strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team.
• Adjust plans based on patient progress and regulatory standards.
• Delegate to COTA when applicable and support caseload needs.
