Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State license for Occupational Therapy required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient evaluation and care planning.
• Delivers patient care appropriate to age and population needs under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Provides clinical leadership and mentoring.
