Advocate Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist with a focus on hand therapy for our Gateway clinic and affiliate Atrium Health outpatient sites in the Charlotte region. The role involves evaluating, planning, and delivering hand therapy services to a diverse patient population.

You will collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, with opportunities to float to multiple clinics as needed. A Bachelor's in OT and state licensure are required, along with BLS per policy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• State OT license required; BLS required per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and plans OT programs to restore function after injury or surgery.
• Directs and supervises OT assistants and students as part of care.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans for each patient.
• Coordinates patient schedules, treatment programs, and discharge planning with the care team.
• Provides patient and family education for home programs and therapy techniques.
