Advocate Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time 40-hour-per-week position. A BS or MS in OT and NC licensure are required, with CPR Level-C.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to hospital standards, and continuous professional development. You will assess and treat patients, develop plan goals, document thoroughly, and communicate with physicians, patients, and families.

Formación

• Must have a degree from accredited occupational therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support (Level C).

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to hospital policies; promotes teamwork and quality care.
• Performs patient care assessment and treatment with realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress, and ICD-10 codes.
• Maintains productivity to meet department expectations.
• Participates in process improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provides in-service training and shares clinical expertise with staff.
• Communicates professionally with patients, families, and staff.
