Qualifikationen

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program.
• OT or PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in hand/upper extremity therapy is a plus; mentorship is available.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for hand, wrist, elbow and related upper extremity conditions.
• Deliver interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, wound management, edema control, and splint fabrication.
• Collaborate with surgeons and referring providers for coordinated care.
• Use EMR to track progress and communicate goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and injury prevention.
• Participate in program development and act as a clinical resource in hand therapy.
