Advocate Health Carolinas Rehabilitation NorthEast in Concord, NC seeks an Occupational Therapist for inpatient services. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement OT plans, and work within an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct OT services seven days a week, including holidays.
• Evaluates patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Gathers data from medical records and documents progress.
• Communicates progress to physicians and staff; coordinates discharge planning.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
