Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational or Physical Therapy in New York State.
• Completed Level II fieldwork or outpatient rotation in hand therapy or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to hand therapy via continuing education or certifications.
• Aspire to become Certified Hand Therapist with team support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Empower patients with home programs and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
