Therapists set expectations for clinical progress and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions, while maintaining top‑tier patient service in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in hand therapy during clinical education.
• License to practice Occupational Therapy in NY or license-eligible.
• Commitment to hand therapy through coursework or certifications if transitioning from another area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress individualized hand/upper-extremity treatment plans.
• Educate patients and implement home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
