Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, fabricate orthoses, and develop recovery plans.

Responsibilities include supervising OT staff, coordinating with physicians, and delivering comprehensive post-surgical rehab. Requires CHT, active PT/OT license, and 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.
• Current state PT or OT license; CHT; CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions by age/ability.
• Document delivery of OT services.
• Direct OT assistants, students, and staff.
• Design and fit custom hand/upper-extremity orthoses.
• Educate patients on orthosis care.
• Treat orthopedic/traumatic/postop conditions; scar management.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other pros.
