Bachoco OK Foods in Fort Smith, AR is hiring for a 2nd Shift Hand/Power Jack Operator in the Debone Support dept. The role runs from 4:55 pm to EOS with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour. Benefits include 401K, medical/dental/vision, and paid holidays.

Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities for pay increases at 30 and 90 days. Responsibilities include setting up workstations, moving products with lifts, loading shipments, and supporting cooler operations.

2nd Shift – Debone – Hand/Power Jack Operator

Dept. 410 - Debone Support

Shift Time: 4:55 pm - EOS

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Operates a lift/jack to move and load product; Moves pallets from the production area to the cooler; Loads outgoing shipments; Fills boxes with ice for use in packing product for shipment; Fills in for cooler personnel during breaks. Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
