Bachoco USA Fort Smith, AR is hiring for a Fryer / Grinder Operator on the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday with Saturdays as needed. Pay rate is $16.75 per hour, with responsibilities in marination and processing of quality food products.

1st Shift - Further Processing - Marination

Deptartment: 161 Plant 2

Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed)

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour.

Summary:

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Marinates product; Uses a hand or power jack to bring product to marination from the cooler;


• Takes out trash and dirty totes and lids; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.


• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.


• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• This is a safety sensitive position.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
