You will support production through setup, packing, labeling, and quality control, while adhering to safety and sanitary standards. As part of Bachoco USA, you will work on a busy line, requiring you to stand, move, and occasionally lift

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Sort and grade product; make boxes.
• Bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Team member must stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 POUNDS.

2nd Shift - Further Processing - General Production - HEAVY LIFTER

Deptartment: 149 - Line 1

Shift Hours: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour

Summary: Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required;
• Sort and grade product; make boxes;
• Bag finished product;
• Pack bagged product into boxes;
• Tape boxes;
• Scale boxed product to required weight;
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
