Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a dedicated team member for the 2nd Shift in the Debone Plant (Dept. 402 – DSI Loader) in Fort Smith, AR. Shift runs from 4:55 pm to EOS with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned.
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly.
• Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25-40 pounds.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned; Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly; Ability to visually grade product and cull out unacceptable products; Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
