Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of mailing.
• Verify statement paper and envelopes are correct for current job.
• Verify inserts are correct for current job.
• Validate right counts at end of jobs.
• Move and hand insert jobs that are inserted off line.
• Coordinate with insert machine operators to complete each job.
• Use correct envelopes and inserts during hand inserting.
• Track progress on jobs using the company tracking system.
• Off-load finished pieces onto mail trays and move carts to the shipping area.
• Package jobs and create FedEx/UPS labels for shipping.

Essential Functions

• Ensure quality of mailing
• Verify statement paper is correct for current job
• Verify outer and return envelopes are correct for current job
• Verify inserts are correct for current job
• Validate right counts at end of jobs
• Find, move and hand insert jobs that are inserted off line
• Work with insert machine operators to accurately complete each job
• Use correct Business Reply Envelopes & Inserts during hand Inserting
• Accurately track progress on jobs using company’s tracking system
• Off-load finished mail pieces onto mail trays & move carts to appropriate area
• Package jobs and create FedEx/UPS labels for pieces and stage in shipping area as appropriate
