Apex Revenue Technologies in Oaks, PA is seeking a Hand Fulfillment associate to support daily production statement insertion, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards. You will work with machine operators and coordinators to meet team goals.

You will verify mail pieces, inserts, envelopes, track progress in the tracking system, and prepare shipments with FedEx/UPS labels. A high school diploma is required; strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Job Title: Hand Fulfillment

Job Summary

Responsible for daily inserting of production statement jobs so they are completed per published SLA’s and quality standards. Works closely with the machine operators on their team to make sure team and department goals are met. The primary external customers are our statement clients and our pre-sort house (PSI). The primary internal customers are the Team Printer, Inserter, and the Materials Coordinator.
