Henderson Group in Hobart, IN is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand to join a well-established, technology-forward healthcare provider. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible work plan and the opportunity to design your practice around personal goals in a hospital system noted for HIMSS Stage VII facilities.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License with CSR/DEA registration.
• Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries including tendon repairs, nerve decompression, fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences.
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma including revascularization and replantation when applicable.
