Position Summary

The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guests' overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling, aiming to generate sales through services and products that exceed guests' expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides personalized hair services and treatments to meet clients' needs and expectations
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance, staying current with styles and techniques
• Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments
• Maintains current certifications and industry trends
• Keeps work stations clean and organized according to salon standards

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed Cosmetology school
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
• Cosmetology license in the state of work
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working as a stylist in a professional setting
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software
