We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Job Details

Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $25/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 16 hours/week). You will be paid an hourly rate for duties when not providing services behind the chair.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) days: Minimum of 3 days/week at a 52% commission rate. You will be paid a percentage-based commission or a guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher, per state and federal requirements.
• Starting at 52% commission, increasing annually per company policy.
• Guaranteed hourly wage during the first 30 days.
• Retail product sales: 15% commission.
• Paid biweekly.
• Quarterly bonus eligibility for District Leaders.
• Company benefits after 30 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K.
• PTO per company policy.
• Estimated annual earnings: $42,000 - $55,000+

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 3 days/week doing Cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Basic manicures and pedicures.
• Basic email and computer skills.
• Experience in caregiving environment preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly.
