Qualifikationen

• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service.
• Ability to explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms.
• Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public.

• Introduce every customer to the Hair Color category and provide color consultations.
• Utilize selling skills to elevate Sally Beauty as the leader in hair color.
• Support daily operational tasks and loss prevention and safety practices.
• Record all sales in the POS and handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Price merchandise, process back stock, assist with shipment processing and housekeeping.
• Help with planograms and merchandising; may open/close the store.
• Assist Store Manager with onboarding and training of new associates, mentor teammates.
