Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to execute product knowledge from training to support with customer service.
• Ability to explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of iPad and navigation of the internet and social media platforms.
• Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience to help DIY customers achieve hair color goals.
• Introduce customers to the Hair Color category and provide color consultations.
• Utilize selling skills to drive sales and loyalty.
• Perform daily operational tasks and support the team.
• Participate in all loss prevention and safety practices.
