Responsibilities

• Provide optimal customer experience to help DIY customers achieve hair color goals.
• Offer color consultations and sell across Hair Color category to drive sales.
• Record transactions in POS and handle returns/exchanges accurately.
• Assist with daily store operations, planograms, and training of new associates.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices and stay current on industry trends.
