The Hair Color Bar Assistant at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is key in supporting the Licensed Colorists for a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with hair services while fostering a collaborative environment. This position starts with an hourly pay of $27-$28, based on performance and experience.

Applicants must possess an active cosmetology license and have a customer service background. Full training is provided, opening pathways to become a Licensed Colorist.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in a customer service or retail sales environment; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable learning and performing hair services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Perform shampooing, conditioning services, and other behind-the-chair services.
• Meet the demands of a busy day while maintaining cleanliness.
