Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry.
• 2-3 years of HACCP writing and overview.
• HACCP certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HACCP & SSOP training.
• Maintain HACCP & SSOP programs and records.
• Interact with USDA inspector on HACCP & SSOP issues.
• Maintain hold log and document disposition of product.
• Pre-shipment review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
