Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of quality assurance experience in the food industry.
• 2–3 years of HACCP writing and overview experience.
• HACCP certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HACCP & SSOP training.
• Maintain HACCP & SSOP programs and record keeping.
• Interact with USDA inspector on HACCP & SSOP issues.
• Maintain hold log and document disposition of product.
• Pre-shipment review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
