Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Habilitation Technicians / Direct Support Professionals in North Carolina. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (CNA experience a plus).

• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.

We are currently hiring Habilitation Technicians / Direct Support Professionals in the following areas:

• Reidsville, NC
• Ruffin, NC
• Mayodan, NC

What You'll Do as a Habilitation Technicians / Direct Support Professional:

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

$15.00-$16.00 per hour

• Weekly pay

What We're Looking For in Habilitation Technicians / Direct Support Professionals:
