Stellantis NV is seeking an Emissions Architect Engineer for H4 engines to identify and address emissions system issues during engine and vehicle program launches. You will develop new emission packages and technologies to meet evolving standards, coordinating with core engine, controls and regulatory teams across a global emissions group.

The role involves leading technology development, maintaining test cells, and communicating progress to management to close gaps with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited university in a relevant engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience with catalytic properties, combustion, engine hardware, thermal systems, transmission systems, OBD, and electrified propulsion systems.
• Experience in powertrain calibration and releasing quality gates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track current program performance.
• Identify gaps to future regulations.
• Lead group effort to close gaps via hardware, software, or calibration development.
• Present status updates and roadmaps to upper management.
• Lead technology development through TRL process to create solutions for the company toolbox.
• Maintain test cells and vehicles for aftertreatment development projects.
• Inspect and resolve propulsion test cell issues to ensure data quality.
• Plan project timing of status and deliverables against production timelines.
• Prepare status and presentations for program timelines.
• Represent Aftertreatment vs Propulsion System Community as a point of contact.
