Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health All Saints Medical Center, Ft Worth, is seeking a Surgical Technologist 2 (GYN Surgery CST) for PRN day shifts. You will support the surgical team by preparing the sterile field, assisting with instrument setup, counting supplies, and maintaining safety and infection control standards under RN supervision.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited surgical technology program and CST certification, with less than one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program.
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - CST certification (NBSTSA/NCCT or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operative site and instrument table for each case.
• Scrub into surgery and assist with instrument handling.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure instrument counts are accurate.
• Assist with draping, positioning, and specimen handling.
• Follow infection control policies and regulatory guidelines.
