Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop a master plan for the facility including gymnastics classes for all ages, team, and facility rentals.
• Offer continuing training opportunities for staff and ensure safety within the facility.
• Schedule staff to cover classes and facility hours; supervise, direct, and counsel part-time staff.
• Create and publish a calendar of events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cobb Gymnastics Center.
• Assist in budgeting and financial processes for the facility.
