Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Parks & Recreation or related field required.
• Three years of experience as a Recreation Coordinator, Programmer or Specialist or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by developing a master plan for the facility including gymnastics classes, team, and facility rentals.
• Offer continuing training opportunities for staff and ensure safety within the facility.
• Schedule staff to cover classes and facility hours, supervise and counsel part-time staff.
• Create and publish a calendar of events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cobb Gymnastics Center.
