Planet Fitness Franchising, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a superior, judgment-free member experience. You will support staff development, front desk activities, member check-ins, and tours while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and collaboration with the Club Manager to drive service standards and club performance.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills and experience in fitness or member services.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening abilities.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure top customer service.
• Support club manager with staff management and back-up coverage.
• Oversee member service, check-ins, sign-ups and tours for prospects.
• Assist with front desk duties and answer member inquiries.
• Help oversee facility cleanliness and supplies purchasing.
