Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a premier sales and service experience. You will guide guests through membership, fitness, and retail offerings, build relationships, and drive member acquisition and retention.

Based in Vancouver, WA, you will onboard new members, promote fitness programs, and contribute to club profitability through effective lead management and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales skills and knowledge of fitness product offerings.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with POS and membership systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate products/services to guests’ fitness needs.
• Tours members, describing facility, equipment, services, and amenities.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports member retention to drive club profitability.
• Consistently achieves personal and team sales goals.
