Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness products, and services while building relationships to drive acquisition and retention.

You will onboard new members, support retention initiatives, and consistently meet personal and team sales goals. This role requires strong communication, a proactive sales approach, and a willingness to work in a club

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness or retail is a plus.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model to engage guests and promote memberships and services.
• Tour guests, describe facilities and services to match fitness needs.
• Enroll members using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention to drive profitability.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and manage follow-up via Lead Management System.
