EōS Fitness in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, coach staff, and drive membership growth while ensuring excellent member experiences.

You will oversee billing, supervise facility upkeep, ensure health and safety compliance, and communicate goals clearly. This hourly role offers a dynamic environment with a path to leadership and opportunities for commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products and programs.
• Oversee membership billing processes and lead follow-up with leads.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff members.
• Supervise facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve member concerns promptly.
• Engage with members warmly, listen to needs, and offer clear responses.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies.
