Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to join our team and uphold the Judgement Free experience for members and guests. You will lead a high-energy club team, supervise front desk operations, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the facility.

The role emphasizes staff development, payroll handling, and adherence to company policies, with responsibilities spanning member services, tours for prospective members, and coordinating promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in a fitness environment.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Must be 18 years or older and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of positivity and motivation within the club and with Team Members.
• Lead by example, train and coach staff to PF values and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing club team.
• Complete payroll-related tasks and time-card approvals.
