Gold's Gym in Wisconsin seeks an energetic Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily operations and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You'll lead hiring, training, developing, and mentoring gym staff, while ensuring profitability and alignment with our mission and brand. This role emphasizes leadership, team engagement, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Experience in personal training or management of personal trainers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of operations and performance metrics (P&L, budgeting, inventory, labor).
• Proactive with organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple projects.
