Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff, managing front desk duties, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the club, enforcing promotions and policies, supporting members and staff, and ensuring inventory and supplies are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure front desk tasks and member service excellence.
• Open/close the gym promptly and ensure staff coverage.
• Communicate promotions and company policies to staff.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
