You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff; manage front desk duties, greet members, conduct tours, resolve service issues, and uphold company policies. This is a full-time role reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience required.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Ability to lead, train and develop staff and maintain positive team dynamics.
