TNT Strong in Southern Maryland is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the daily operation of the facility. This is a leadership role reporting to the CEO and not an administrative position, focused on running the business smoothly, upholding standards, and delivering an excellent experience for members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational execution across the facility and develop department leaders.
• Oversee SOPs, workflows, checklists and vendor coordination; manage inventory and purchasing.
• Enhance member experience and resolve concerns promptly across departments.
• Monitor KPIs, support reporting and analytics, and improve automation and efficiency with key tools.
• Coordinate new programs, events, and expansion initiatives.
