Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred; ability to meet monthly targets.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred.
• Personal Training certification a plus.
• Experience in gym or health club setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales to meet monthly goals.
• Engage with prospects and members to schedule tours and boost retention.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment and oversee facilities.
• Handle weekly deposits, inventory, and scheduling for staff.
• Lead a team, participate in meetings, and support regional goals.
