Job summary

Anytime-Fitness in Maryland is seeking a Club Operations Manager to oversee daily gym operations and drive membership growth and PT revenue through coaching and KPI tracking.

The role focuses on improving member experience, supervising staff, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring club cleanliness and equipment readiness, while reviewing reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Personal Training Certification is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification is preferred; ability to obtain certifications is required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Review daily sales process with club managers.
• Execute marketing campaigns per Marketing Director, including outreach.
• Post on social media to enhance engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up.
• Review delinquent accounts and collect as necessary.
• Qualify, inform, inspire and convert prospects to members.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Perform weekly bank deposits, till counts and inventory counts.
• Prevent cancellations and freeze memberships as needed.
• Audit Personal Training and client tracking.
• Review and approve time off requests and timecards weekly.
• Analyze club reports to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Grow and sustain the Personal Training department; conduct sessions if needed.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Maintain KPIs for the club.
