The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of operations management experience, a strong background in customer service, and a passion for the fitness industry.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a gym setting and move about the facility.
• Must pass a background check and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Service team to enhance member experience.
