Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Ensure front desk excellence: greet members, tours, and service issues.
• Support team and members; maintain positive club image.
• Coach staff performance to standards and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym and proper staffing.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
