Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Round Rock is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team, responsible for daily club operations, sales success, member satisfaction and facility cleanliness.

You’ll lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants and Kids Attendants, coach performance to KPI targets, and partner with the Managing Partner to deliver a warm, high-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness or customer-service management experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high-performing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI targets.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance.
• Manage staff performance with coaching and development.
• Support Managing Partner in scheduling, labor and front desk oversight.
• Ensure a clean, well-maintained facility and high hospitality standards.
• Utilize Crunch tools for communication, documentation and operations.
