The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and strong communication, with opportunities for advancement and involvement in marketing and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing or supervising staff preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification and oversee 24-hour operations.
• Background check and occasional travel for training may be required.
• Customer service background is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
• Lead by example and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage sales and membership goals through team operations.
• Support HR processes including onboarding and recordkeeping.
• Resolve employee and member concerns professionally.
• Provide 24/7 backup support for absent colleagues via phone.
• Maintain brand standards and a Judgement Free Zone atmosphere.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, and hiring of club staff.
• Handle memberships tasks such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing.
