Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team and support the Managing Partner with daily club operations, sales success, member satisfaction, and facility cleanliness.

You will lead a team including Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, driving a high-care, high-performance culture in a fast-growing franchise. This role requires a high-energy, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs is preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives to maintain proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor scorecard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards, with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Impact member retention by delivering the "Wow 10-Member Experience".
• Support the Managing Partner with scheduling and labor management, member service resolution with pace and empathy, and front desk oversight.
