Crunch Fitness in San Francisco is seeking a proactive Manager on Duty to support front desk operations, greet members and guests, and coordinate club activities. You will handle member requests, assist with payments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety policies and procedures.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, plus a minimum of one year in a club environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist front desk and retail areas as needed.
• Greet members and guests with a smile and good-bye.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Facilitate member requests and follow ups.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Assist in collection and tracking of member payments.
• Facility management via club walks and checklists (opening/closing, cleaning, equipment log).
• Responsible for inventory counts, cycle counts and packing slip reconciliation.
• Submission of reports and information in a timely manner.
• Execute all safety procedures and policies.
• Know club facility, services and schedules; follow policies and standards.
• Maintain professional manner at all times.
• May work extra shifts as warranted by Operations Manager.
• Assist in projects delegated by club management.
