Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills, preferably in fitness.
- Experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness is preferred.
- Strong supervisory and scheduling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
- CPR Certification required or can be completed upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with superior service.
- Support Club Manager with staff management and scheduling.
- Oversee front desk activities, member sign-ups and tours.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
- Assist in tracking statistics and reports weekly, monthly and annually.
