Job summary

Gold’s Gym in Arlington, VA is seeking a Membership Consultant to promote and sell memberships, conduct gym tours, and address inquiries. You will generate sales through various outreach activities and maintain accurate records using our sales systems.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, customer-focused, and able to travel to clubs within the DMV territory. The role requires standing or sitting for long periods and a strong commitment to meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Willingness and ability to travel to any club within our DMV territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outreach and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records using Gold’s Gym sales systems.
• Conduct gym tours to showcase available services.
• Address inquiries and promote membership options by phone.
• Understand, adhere to, and enforce company policies for gym operations.
• Develop selling skills and drive sales growth.
• Meet targets for service upsell, including Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trial and Personal Training attachments.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director for community events.
